Appears to be an older reproduction part. Slotted cast iron steering wheel. From limited research may be patterned after a very early John Deere Spoker D steering wheel. There are cracks in at least one place, back hub slightly off center, so probably a good starting point but will need some work. Also surface rust. See pictures. Cast in number appears to be D61R.
